As a Maintenance Engineer, you are the vital link between the maintenance organization and our field operations. Your primary responsibility will be to improve workflows and optimize maintenance processes to reduce equipment downtime. You will achieve this by enhancing your troubleshooting skills, implementing Lean Six Sigma practices, and utilizing Reliability-Centered Maintenance methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capture opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.
- Use Lean Six Sigma and Reliability-Centered Maintenance concepts to optimize work processes and adapt maintenance processes.
- Stay current with the latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods.
- Champion data and service quality within the maintenance organization.
- Help manage planning for equipment and maintenance resources.
- Apply asset management and maintenance systems data.
Role of Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Technician:
As an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will analyze problems, make repairs, and contribute to an effective, efficient, and safe working environment. You will complete a comprehensive training program and receive support from your managers to develop the skills necessary for success in this role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining equipment to the highest standards.
- Improving asset availability through continuous improvement.
- Helping implement reliability practices across the business.
- Following a structured development program.
Requirements:
- Meet minimum degree and experience requirements.
- Aptitude for hands-on work combined with strong analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

دور فني صيانة كهربائية أو ميكانيكية:
كفني صيانة كهربائية أو ميكانيكية، ستقوم بتحليل المشكلات، وإجراء الإصلاحات، والمساهمة في بيئة عمل فعالة وفعالة وآمنة. ستكمل برنامج تدريب شامل وسيتم دعمك من قبل مديريك لتطوير المهارات اللازمة للنجاح في هذا الدور. ستكون مسؤولياتك تشمل:
- الحفاظ على المعدات بأعلى المعايير.
- تحسين توفر الأصول من خلال التحسين المستمر.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ ممارسات الموثوقية عبر الأعمال.
- اتباع برنامج تطوير هيكلي.
المتطلبات:
- تلبية متطلبات الحد الأدنى من الشهادة والخبرة.
- القدرة على العمل اليدوي بالإضافة إلى مهارات تحليلية قوية.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية جيدة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
