   Operations Executive

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing conferences and exhibitions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt and build strong relationships.

• Ability to work on multiple global events, both independently and as part of a team, adhering to timelines and budgets.

Technical Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Event Production:

• Manage onsite construction (build) and dismantling (breakdown) phases of events.
• Ensure all technical elements meet quality standards, comply with safety regulations, and are executed as planned.
• Conduct safety inductions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) and stand regulations in line with local laws and venue standards.
• Assess and manage the onsite safety team.
• Oversee high-risk activities, such as early access, rigging, heavy lifting, and large machinery.
• Provide immediate onsite support in case of incidents or emergencies.
• Record H&S event performance, including adherence to sustainability practices.

Stand Design Management:

• Provide technical guidance for event-specific H&S sections in relevant manuals.
• Monitor and review stand plan submissions to ensure "Permission to Build" status.
• Assess stand design requirements, evaluate risks, and propose solutions.
• Provide pre-show and onsite guidelines for stand construction.
• Contribute feedback to post-event "wash-up" meetings to share lessons learned.

إنتاج الحدث:

• إدارة مراحل البناء والتفكيك في الموقع للأحداث.
• تأكد من أن جميع العناصر الفنية تلبي معايير الجودة، وتتوافق مع لوائح السلامة، ويتم تنفيذها كما هو مخطط لها.
• إجراء جلسات تعريفية بالسلامة حسب الحاجة.
• ضمان الامتثال لقواعد الصحة والسلامة واللوائح التنظيمية بما يتماشى مع القوانين المحلية ومعايير المكان.
• تقييم وإدارة فريق السلامة في الموقع.
• الإشراف على الأنشطة ذات المخاطر العالية، مثل الوصول المبكر، والتجهيز، والرفع الثقيل، والآلات الكبيرة.
• توفير الدعم الفوري في الموقع في حالة وقوع حوادث أو حالات طوارئ.
• تسجيل أداء فعاليات الصحة والسلامة، بما في ذلك الالتزام بممارسات الاستدامة.

إدارة تصميم الموقف:

• توفير التوجيه الفني لأقسام الصحة والسلامة الخاصة بالحدث في الأدلة ذات الصلة.
