Job Title:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Study and interpret tender documents, project specifications, and drawings to understand the scope.
- Identify costs (materials, labor, overheads) and perform price evaluations for competitive bids.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and comprehensive proposals for MEP projects.
- Manage ongoing project valuations and invoicing.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations.
- Maintain project documentation and report on project financials.
- Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
- Streamline post-tender activities and issue inquiries to suppliers.
- Prepare tenders, cost sheets, BOQs, and material lists.
- Maintain the cost database for projects and manage variations based on changes.
- Monitor project expenses against the budget.
- Review shop drawings and prepare material submittals and shop drawings for consultant approval.
- Execute site work according to approved specifications and prepare additional work costs.
- Attend project progress meetings and report to MEP and Project Managers.
- Coordinate with consultants and main contractors.
- Prepare testing and commissioning reports, operation, and maintenance manuals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Construction field experience, with Gulf experience required.
- Proficient in cost evaluation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of MEP system projects.
- Familiarity with estimation software and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

المسؤوليات والمهام:
- دراسة وتفسير وثائق العطاءات والمواصفات والرسومات لفهم نطاق المشروع.
- تحديد التكاليف (المواد، العمالة، التكاليف العامة) وإجراء تقييمات الأسعار للعروض التنافسية.
- إعداد تقديرات التكاليف المفصلة والعروض الشاملة للمشاريع الهندسية الكهربائية (MEP).
- إدارة التقييمات الجارية للمشروعات وإصدار الفواتير.
- التنسيق مع البائعين والموردين للحصول على العروض.
- الحفاظ على الوثائق وتقديم التقارير المالية للمشروعات.
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع وفِرق التصميم والعملاء لتوضيح المتطلبات وحل الاستفسارات.
- تبسيط الأنشطة بعد العطاء وإرسال الاستفسارات للموردين المحددين.
- إعداد العطاءات وورقة التكلفة وقوائم المواد.
- الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات التكاليف للمشروعات وإعداد التغييرات بناءً على التعديلات.
- متابعة نفقات المشاريع مقارنة بالميزانية.
- مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية وإعداد العروض المادية والرسومات الاستشارية للحصول على الموافقة.
- تنفيذ أعمال الموقع وفقًا للمواصفات المعتمدة وإعداد تكاليف الأعمال الإضافية.
- حضور اجتماعات تقدم المشروع والإبلاغ إلى مديري المشاريع.
- التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين الرئيسيين.
- إعداد تقارير الفحص والتكليف ودلائل التشغيل والصيانة.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في نفس المجال.
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة في مجال البناء، مع خبرة في دول الخليج.
- إجادة تقييم وتحليل التكاليف.
- معرفة قوية بمشاريع أنظمة MEP.
- إلمام ببرمجيات التقدير وبرامج MS Office.
- دقة عالية في التفاصيل ومهارات تواصل ممتازة.
