Vacant Positions:

   Resident Engineer

• Resident Engineer shall be responsible for cross functional coordination on the project with on-site delivery of time, cost, quality, and health and safety performance. Role is involved with close coordination with the site engineer and other team members for smooth completion of the project. Further role involves addressing clients query, review and approving reports that are onward submission, further compiling and reviewing submittals done to the client. Monitoring the work executed on filed is in line with the set quality standards and in compliance with the law, rules and regulations.

• 1. To act as Representative in the Post Contract phase of the project and monitor work of site engineer where required.
•  2.Liaise with Architects and or Engineer of various disciplines for clarifications on design and information requests from the contractor.
•  3.Prepare Minutes of Meetings, obtain approvals and distribute. Review the draft minutes of meeting conducted by subordinates wherever applicable.
•  4.If required, hold technical discussions with the Main Contractor and Subcontractors at site regularly for proper co-ordination. Involve design office whenever required.
•  5.Officiate as a Project lead as instructed by Management as and when required.
•  6.Evaluate performance of Contractor and Subcontractors at the end of project or during the execution of project. Prepare interim evaluations, with the intention that such evaluations will be useful for future consideration.

 

Experience and Qualification : 

•  B.Tech/ Civil engineering or from recognized institution.
•  PMP certification is an added advantage. 
•  15 to 20 years of experience in field of construction 
•  Dm for a detailed JD and salary details.

   مهندس مقيم

• يتولى المهندس المقيم مسؤولية التنسيق بين الوظائف المختلفة في المشروع مع التسليم في الموقع وفقًا للوقت والتكلفة والجودة وأداء الصحة والسلامة. يتضمن الدور التنسيق الوثيق مع مهندس الموقع وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين لإتمام المشروع بسلاسة. يتضمن الدور الإضافي معالجة استفسارات العملاء ومراجعة واعتماد التقارير التي يتم تقديمها لاحقًا، وتجميع ومراجعة الإرساليات المقدمة للعميل. تتم مراقبة العمل المنجز في الموقع وفقًا لمعايير الجودة المحددة ووفقًا للقانون والقواعد واللوائح.

• 1. العمل كممثل في مرحلة ما بعد العقد للمشروع ومراقبة عمل مهندس الموقع عند الحاجة.
•  2. التواصل مع المهندسين المعماريين و/أو المهندسين من مختلف التخصصات للحصول على توضيحات بشأن طلبات التصميم والمعلومات من المقاول.
•  3. إعداد محاضر الاجتماعات والحصول على الموافقات وتوزيعها. مراجعة مسودات محاضر الاجتماعات التي أجراها المرؤوسون حيثما كان ذلك مناسبًا.
•  4. إذا لزم الأمر، قم بإجراء مناقشات فنية مع المقاول الرئيسي والمقاولين من الباطن في الموقع بانتظام لتحقيق التنسيق المناسب. أشرك مكتب التصميم كلما لزم الأمر.
•  5. العمل كقائد مشروع حسب تعليمات الإدارة عند الحاجة.
•  6. تقييم أداء المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن في نهاية المشروع أو أثناء تنفيذه. إعداد تقييمات مؤقتة، بقصد أن تكون هذه التقييمات مفيدة للنظر فيها في المستقبل.

 

الخبرة والمؤهلات : 

•  بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو من مؤسسة معترف بها.
•  تعتبر شهادة PMP ميزة إضافية. 
•  15 إلى 20 سنة من الخبرة في مجال البناء 
•  أرسل رسالة مباشرة للحصول على تفاصيل حول JD والراتب.

• ماجستير في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الطاقة أو البناء
