Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients or customers to expand business opportunities.
- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Prepare and deliver competitive quotations based on client requirements.
- Manage relationships with counterpart agents and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle the entire booking process from start to finish (A to Z), ensuring there are no incidents or disruptions.
- Knowledgeable in Import & Export operations.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تحديد والتفاعل مع العملاء أو الزبائن المحتملين لتوسيع فرص الأعمال.
- الرد بسرعة على الاستفسارات الهاتفية والبريد الإلكتروني، وتوفير معلومات دقيقة ومفيدة.
- إعداد وتقديم عروض أسعار تنافسية بناءً على متطلبات العملاء.
- إدارة العلاقات مع الوكلاء والموردين لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
- التعامل مع عملية الحجز بالكامل من البداية إلى النهاية (من الألف إلى الياء) لضمان عدم وجود أي مشاكل أو تعطل.
- المعرفة في عمليات الاستيراد والتصدير.
