   Marketing Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

•  Create engaging and original content for social media platforms, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, and others in Arabic and English content
•  Stay updated on the latest trends, challenges, and styles within the social media landscape
• Manage emails and CRM for marketing tactics.
•  Generate and pitch creative ideas for campaigns, videos, and posts that resonate with target audiences.

•  Collaborate with the design team to align content strategies with brand goals.
•  Monitor analytics to assess content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
•  Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages to build a community.
•  Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content initiatives.
•  Performance metrics responsibility like but not limited to CAC, LTV, Conversion rates,..
•  Ability to manage CRM and third party solutions like Adjust, Clevertap, and others

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
•  At least 2-3 year of experience in related field
•  Strong understanding of current trends, challenges, and best practices in social media
•  In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
•  Proven experience in social media content creation, particularly on TikTok and Instagram
•  Remarkable time management skills
•  Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in Arabic and enghlish
•  Positive and solution-oriented attitude

•  Quick-learner and self-learner
•  Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
•  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
•  Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
•  Proficiency in English and Arabic.
•  Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.

•  إنشاء محتوى جذاب وأصلي لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي، مع التركيز على TikTok وInstagram وغيرها بالمحتوى العربي والإنجليزي
•  ابق على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات والتحديات والأساليب في عالم وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
• إدارة رسائل البريد الإلكتروني وإدارة علاقات العملاء لتكتيكات التسويق.
•  إنشاء وتقديم أفكار إبداعية للحملات ومقاطع الفيديو والمنشورات التي تلقى صدى لدى الجماهير المستهدفة.

•  التعاون مع فريق التصميم لمواءمة استراتيجيات المحتوى مع أهداف العلامة التجارية.

•  مهارات إدارة الوقت الرائعة
•  مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتحرير والتواصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
