Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to oversee our daily service and management of talent agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting valuable market insights and user feedback, as well as fostering relationships with agencies to enhance our projects in talent recruitment, management, market promotion, and event organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide daily service and management to talent agencies, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

2. Gather market insights and user feedback to inform strategic decisions and enhance service delivery.

3. Collect feedback and suggestions from agencies to continuously improve our services and offerings.

4. Develop and manage projects related to talent recruitment, talent management, market promotion, event organization, and more.

Requirements:

1. Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.

2. Familiarity with social media platforms and the entertainment industry, with the ability to track and adapt to social media trends.

3. Proficient in using office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

4. Understanding of GCC culture and user interests.

5. Adaptability to an international working environment.

المتطلبات:

1. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مع مهارات تواصل قوية.

2. معرفة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وصناعة الترفيه، مع القدرة على تتبع الاتجاهات والتكيف معها.

3. إتقان استخدام أدوات المكتب مثل Excel وWord وPowerPoint.

4. فهم ثقافة دول الخليج واهتمامات المستخدمين.

5. القدرة على التكيف مع بيئة عمل دولية.
