Job Description
Are you ready to take on the role of Product Owner for one of the most prestigious organizations in Bahrain, managing vast financial projects? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team in Bahrain and help us continue delivering excellence in digital transformation.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing stakeholder relationships, gathering business requirements, and translating them into actionable technical solutions. You will lead the backlog prioritization, mentor a team of business analysts, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and services. Your role will be crucial in driving the success of large-scale projects that directly impact millions of citizens.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Backlog Management: Lead backlog prioritization and refinement, working closely with product owners and development teams to ensure optimal planning and execution.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of business analysts, fostering collaboration, growth, and high-quality deliverables.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex customer issues involving data and processes, offering solutions to improve business operations.
- Social Security Domain Expertise: Develop expertise in the social security domain, understanding the specific needs and challenges of the industry.
- Software Testing & Validation: Collaborate on testing, validation, and quality assurance efforts to ensure the product meets customer requirements.
- Documentation & User Manuals: Create clear documentation, process diagrams, and user manuals for end-users and technical teams.
- Workshops & Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate workshops to ensure alignment and engagement with stakeholders.
- Project Reporting: Regularly report on project progress and manage scope changes, ensuring stakeholders are updated.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in business analysis, consulting, software engineering, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven experience in the software development lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of backlog prioritization and Agile frameworks.
- Leadership experience, with a focus on team management and development.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

بصفتك مالك المنتج، ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة وبناء علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة، وجمع المتطلبات التجارية وترجمتها إلى حلول تقنية قابلة للتنفيذ. سوف تقود عملية تحديد أولويات السجل الخلفي (Backlog) والتعاون مع الفرق الفنية لضمان التخطيط الأمثل. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ستكون مسؤولاً عن توجيه وتطوير فريق من المحللين التجاريين لضمان تسليم منتجات وخدمات عالية الجودة.
المسؤوليات
- إدارة أصحاب المصلحة: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة لفهم احتياجاتهم وترجمتها إلى حلول تقنية قابلة للتنفيذ.
- إدارة السجل الخلفي: قيادة عملية تحديد أولويات السجل الخلفي بالتعاون مع مالكي المنتج والمطورين لضمان التخطيط الأمثل.
- قيادة الفريق: توجيه وإدارة فريق من المحللين التجاريين، مع تشجيع التعاون والنمو وضمان تسليم نتائج عالية الجودة.
- حل المشكلات: تحليل المشكلات المعقدة للعملاء التي تشمل البيانات والعمليات وتقديم الحلول لتحسين الأعمال.
- تطوير الخبرة في مجال الضمان الاجتماعي: بناء الخبرة في مجال الضمان الاجتماعي وفهم احتياجات وتحديات هذا القطاع.
- اختبار البرمجيات والتحقق: التعاون في عمليات اختبار البرمجيات والتحقق وضمان تلبية المنتج لمتطلبات العميل.
- التوثيق وكتيبات المستخدم: إنشاء وثائق واضحة، ورسوم بيانية للعمليات، وكتيبات مستخدمين للاستخدام الداخلي والخارجي.
- ورش العمل وموافقة أصحاب المصلحة: تسهيل ورش العمل لضمان التوافق والمشاركة بين أصحاب المصلحة.
- تقرير تقدم المشاريع: تقديم تقارير دورية عن تقدم المشاريع وتحديث أصحاب المصلحة بالتغييرات في نطاق المشروع.
المؤهلات
- التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة. درجة الماجستير أو MBA تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الخبرة: 5 سنوات على الأقل في التحليل التجاري، الاستشارات، هندسة البرمجيات، أو دور مشابه.
- المهارات:
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل.
- خبرة مثبتة في دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات.
- فهم قوي لتحديد أولويات السجل الخلفي وإطارات العمل Agile.
- خبرة قيادية مع التركيز على إدارة وتطوير الفرق.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
