Vacant Positions:

   Senior Chemist Quality Assurance

• 1.Plan and execute the Laboratory internal Audit Programs to ensure compliance with Quality Management systems.
•  2. Investigate non-conformances (NCs’) revealed in Audits and identify effective corrective actions, ensuring such issues aren’t repeated in future.
•  3. Review regularly quality assurance related standards and standard operating procedures, to identify any gaps and update accordingly to ensure SOPs are updated to tackle any issues in future. 
•  
• 4. Lead Quality incident investigations to identify gaps in the processes and propose corrective actions.

• 5. Prepare and manage documentations for reaccreditations, ensuring accreditation is achieved. 
•  6. Conduct management reviews with TSD manager and Laboratory management to communicate the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the Laboratory to fulfil the requirements of ISO/IEC17025.
•  7.Incumbent works in a Laboratory/normal office most of the times, but sometimes required to visit refining units if needed.

• 1. تخطيط وتنفيذ برامج التدقيق الداخلي للمختبر لضمان الامتثال لأنظمة إدارة الجودة.
•  2. التحقيق في حالات عدم المطابقة التي تم الكشف عنها أثناء التدقيق وتحديد الإجراءات التصحيحية الفعالة، وضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذه المشكلات في المستقبل.
•  3. مراجعة معايير ضمان الجودة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية بانتظام، لتحديد أي ثغرات وتحديثها وفقًا لذلك لضمان تحديث الإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية لمعالجة أي مشكلات في المستقبل.

•  6. إجراء مراجعات إدارية مع مدير قسم تطوير التكنولوجيا وإدارة المختبر لإبلاغ مدى استمرار ملاءمة المختبر وكفايته وفعاليته للوفاء بمتطلبات ISO/IEC17025.
•  7. يعمل الموظف في مختبر/مكتب عادي معظم الأوقات، ولكن في بعض الأحيان يُطلب منه زيارة وحدات التكرير إذا لزم الأمر.
