What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies centered around video marketing and AI-powered content creation, with a focus on driving organic growth.
• Create engaging, high-quality video content that aligns with platform algorithms to maximize reach on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Threads.
• Manage and grow bMedia’s digital presence across platforms, leveraging insights to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content relevance, creativity, and audience engagement.
• Analyze data to optimize campaigns, identify trends, and make informed content decisions.
• Collaborate with our creative team to ensure alignment across all digital channels and deliver impactful campaigns.
• Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing innovations to keep our content fresh and competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in social media management with a focus on video content, organic growth strategies, and AI in digital marketing.
• A creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media algorithms, particularly for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Threads.
• Proficiency in video editing software and AI content tools, with a knack for turning ideas into visually compelling posts.
