Roles & Responsibilities

•  Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC maintenance team, ensuring timely and effective service delivery to all clients.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of systems.
• Coordinate and manage emergency repairs, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruption to clients' operations.
• Train and mentor HVAC technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory to ensure transparency and accountability.

HVAC Design Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

•  Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial and residential buildings, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Conduct heat load calculations and select appropriate equipment and materials for HVAC projects.
• Create detailed design drawings and specifications for HVAC systems, including ductwork layout, equipment location, and control systems.
