Vacant Positions:

Air Conditioning and Plumbing Technician

   Key Responsibilities:

Installation:

•  Install ducting systems, particularly pre-insulated types, ensuring optimal airflow and efficiency.
• Set up air conditioning machinery, including AC units, Fan Coil Units (FCUs), and Air Handling Units (AHUs).
• Manage the installation of piping and drainage systems as part of plumbing and HVAC integration, ensuring compliance with local codes.
• Install sanitary ware, including toilets, sinks, and bathtubs, following all specified guidelines and industry best practices.
• Conduct pressure testing and leak detection on all plumbing installations to ensure integrity and functionality.
• Read and interpret technical plans, drawings schedules to ensure precise installation in alignment with project specifications.

Maintenance:

• Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on existing AC and mechanical systems, ensuring reliability and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with air conditioning units and their components, employing effective problem-solving techniques.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems, including drains, pipes, and fixtures, to prevent clogs and leaks.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of air conditioning systems, adhering to manufacturer standards and safety regulations.

Team Management:
