Vacant Positions:

   Field Service Engineer

The Work:

•  Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. 
• Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. 
• Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset. 
• Teach and advise on technical and functional issues. 
• Be required to meet short notice operational requirements. 

Here's what you need:

•  7 years of IT experience overseeing the integration of various networks, some CPN/CENTRIXS experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience with deployment and configuration of monitoring systems
• 1+ year of experience with mission critical Enterprise level systems and IT operations, aka "5 Nines"
• Must be willing to work occasional long hour days and weekends when necessary
• Must have a CompTIA Network+ (or equivalent such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)) and CompTIA Security+
• Must be willing to deploy to the Kuwait Area of Responsibility (AOR) in support of the contract

Bonus points if you have:

•  Experience with collecting customer requirements
• Desire to learn new technologies to share and build knowledge with the teams
• Experience with open communication and reaching across functional borders
• BS in Computer Science or related field

•  Must have an active Secret security clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
