Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
- Review and Analyze Product Requirements: Analyze and clarify product requirements and specifications to ensure adequate test coverage.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to align on quality goals and address any issues.
- Test Plan Creation: Develop detailed and structured test plans and test cases.
- Automation and Root Cause Analysis: Design, develop, and execute automation scripts, and conduct root cause analysis for test failures.
- Fintech Expertise: Proven experience in fintech (payments, banking).
- Testing Expertise: Expertise in functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Mobile App Testing: Experience testing mobile applications.
- Automated Testing Tools: Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Katalon Studio, as well as performance testing tools like JMeter.
- API Testing: Proficiency with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Bug Reporting Platforms: Experience with bug reporting platforms such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.

- مراجعة وتحليل متطلبات المنتج: تحليل وتوضيح متطلبات ومواصفات المنتج لضمان تغطية الاختبارات بشكل كافٍ.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة: العمل بشكل وثيق مع المطورين، ومالكي المنتجات، وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لتحقيق أهداف الجودة ومعالجة أي قضايا.
- إنشاء خطط اختبار: تطوير خطط اختبار مفصلة ومنظمة وإنشاء حالات اختبار.
- الأتمتة وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية: تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ السكربتات الأوتوماتيكية، وإجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية لفشل الاختبارات.
- الخبرة في التكنولوجيا المالية: خبرة مثبتة في التكنولوجيا المالية (المدفوعات، البنوك).
- الخبرة في الاختبار: خبرة في اختبارات الوظائف، والاختبار العكسي، واختبار التكامل.
- اختبار التطبيقات المحمولة: خبرة في اختبار التطبيقات المحمولة.
- أدوات الاختبار الأوتوماتيكي: خبرة في أدوات الاختبار الأوتوماتيكي مثل Selenium و Katalon Studio، وأدوات اختبار الأداء مثل JMeter.
- اختبار واجهات برمجة التطبيقات: إتقان أدوات اختبار واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (مثل Postman).
- منصات تقرير الأخطاء: خبرة في منصات تقرير الأخطاء مثل JIRA و Azure DevOps.
