We’re working with an ecommerce platform that is looking for a Growth-focused Product Designer to join their team.
The Client
This brand has over 6 million users, who they’ve empowered to set up their own businesses and ultimately become more financially independent.
The Role
Here, you’d be joining a talented design team of 10, reporting to their Product Design Lead. They’re looking for a strong end-to-end designer with e-commerce experience on a product level. You’ll be optimizing user acquisition and conversion, with lots of opportunity for experimentation and discovery.
Your role will include:
- Contributing to strategic decisions around the brand’s products and features
- Defining and evolving their customers’ journeys, addressing pain points and improving experiences
- Collaborating with User Researchers, Analysts, Product Managers, and Developers across the product lifecycle
- Presenting your design solutions to team members and stakeholders

The Candidate
What they’re ideally looking for:
- You have strong design experience within e-commerce, having worked on conversion funnels
- You’re confident conducting user research
- You’ve got around 5+ years of experience within Product Design
- You’ve got experience shipping a product
- You’re comfortable working at pace
- You’re adaptable, happy to embrace a more startup-esque environment
- You’re a strong collaborator, used to working in large teams

💸Base salary: €65,000-€70,000

الدور
