Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager for Logistics, you will lead the logistics roadmap and execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, engineering, design, and data science—to develop processes and solutions that enhance efficiency, lower costs, and ensure excellent delivery experiences.
This role requires strong analytical skills, process optimization abilities, and the influence to align stakeholders across departments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of logistics, thrives in high-growth environments, and is skilled at balancing customer needs with business objectives. Experience with AI and machine learning to enhance logistics processes is also a plus.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and execute the logistics product strategy with a focus on scaling and optimizing operations.
- Utilize data and analytics to solve logistical challenges and improve delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, design, and data science teams to launch new features.
- Lead initiatives to improve delivery times and reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure alignment across teams and timely execution of product strategies.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a data-driven approach.
- Based in KSA, UAE, or Bahrain.
- Proficient in both English and Arabic.
- Strong logistics background with experience in process design and improvement.
- Excellent communicator with leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Passionate about innovation with knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, or computer vision.

يتطلب هذا الدور حساً تحليلياً قوياً، وقدرات على تحسين العمليات، ومهارات للتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة عبر الأقسام. المرشح المثالي لديه فهم عميق للخدمات اللوجستية، وعمل في بيئات سريعة النمو، ويتمتع بالقدرة على موازنة احتياجات العملاء مع أهداف العمل. يفضل وجود خبرة في الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي لتحسين عمليات اللوجستيات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية المنتج الخاصة بالخدمات اللوجستية مع التركيز على التوسع وتحسين العمليات.
- استخدام البيانات والتحليلات لحل تحديات الخدمات اللوجستية وتعزيز كفاءة التوصيل.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والعمليات والتصميم وعلوم البيانات لإطلاق ميزات جديدة.
- قيادة المبادرات لتحسين أوقات التوصيل وخفض التكاليف دون التأثير على الجودة.
- ضمان التوافق عبر الفرق والتنفيذ في الوقت المناسب لاستراتيجيات المنتج.
المرشح المثالي
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المنتجات مع القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات بناءً على البيانات.
- مقيم في السعودية أو الإمارات أو البحرين.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- خلفية قوية في الخدمات اللوجستية وقدرة على تصميم وتحسين العمليات.
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة مع القدرة على التأثير على أصحاب المصلحة.
- شغف بالابتكار ومعرفة بالتقنيات الحديثة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي، والتعلم الآلي، أو رؤية الحاسوب.
