Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our internal infrastructure and ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems. The candidate must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities, including troubleshooting, server administration, and network management. The role requires daily travel to Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support internal infrastructure, including computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates.
- Support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
- Perform server administration tasks, including managing user accounts, security permissions, group policies, and print services.
- Monitor system architecture components and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Monitor data-center health using management tools, and assist with hardware issues.
- Help build, test, and maintain new servers when required.
- Assist help desk teams with troubleshooting and technical support.
- Perform routine system audits and ensure backups are up to date.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT roles.
- Experience with Windows server operating systems, virtualization, HTTP traffic, and content delivery.
- Knowledge of ERP support, cloud applications, and Microsoft 365 environment management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and IT infrastructure safety.
- Experience with FortiGate/Sophos Firewall policies, SD-WAN routing, VPN, SSL certificates.
- Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication for backup jobs and cloud backup.
Important: This role requires daily travel to Saudi Arabia.

وصف الوظيفة:
نبحث عن مسؤول أنظمة تقنية المعلومات ذو خبرة لإدارة وصيانة البنية التحتية الداخلية وضمان تشغيل أنظمة تقنية المعلومات بسلاسة. يجب أن يكون المرشح قادرًا على التعامل مع مجموعة واسعة من المهام، بما في ذلك استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وإدارة الخوادم والشبكات. تتطلب الوظيفة السفر اليومي إلى المملكة العربية السعودية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- صيانة ودعم البنية التحتية الداخلية بما في ذلك أجهزة الكمبيوتر والخوادم وأجهزة التوجيه والمفاتيح وجدران الحماية والطابعات والهواتف وتحديثات الأمان.
- دعم الإنترنت والشبكة الداخلية (intranet) والشبكات المحلية (LAN) والشبكات الواسعة (WAN).
- تنفيذ مهام إدارة الخادم، بما في ذلك إدارة حسابات المستخدمين، أذونات الأمان، السياسات الجماعية وخدمات الطباعة.
- مراقبة مكونات بنية النظام واستكشاف الأخطاء لضمان التشغيل السلس.
- مراقبة صحة مركز البيانات باستخدام أدوات الإدارة والمساعدة في المشاكل المتعلقة بالأجهزة.
- المساعدة في بناء واختبار وصيانة الخوادم الجديدة عند الحاجة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والمساعدة في تحديد الأسباب الجذرية للأعطال.
- إجراء تدقيق دوري للأنظمة وضمان تحديث النسخ الاحتياطية.
ملف المرشح:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور تقنية المعلومات.
- خبرة في أنظمة تشغيل الخوادم من Windows، أدوات مراقبة الأداء، الدلائل النشطة، والمحاكاة الافتراضية.
- معرفة في دعم ERP وإدارة التطبيقات السحابية وبيئة Microsoft 365.
- معرفة بالبروتوكولات الأمنية وحماية البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات.
- خبرة في سياسات FortiGate/Sophos Firewall، التوجيه SD-WAN، VPN، وشهادات SSL.
- معرفة بتطبيق Veeam Backup & Replication لعمليات النسخ الاحتياطي والنسخ الاحتياطي السحابي.
ملاحظة: تتطلب هذه الوظيفة السفر اليومي إلى المملكة العربية السعودية.
