Job Title: Planning Engineer

Key Requirements:

Engineering Degree

• A degree in Engineering, preferably Civil.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, and cost control.

Software Proficiency

• Professional in Primavera P6.
• Professional in Microsoft Excel.

Management Skills

• Strong ability to manage planning and cost control activities together (Mandatory).

Communication Skills

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Schedule and Reporting

• Proficiency in creating Baseline Schedule.
• Proficiency in creating Progress Reports and setting Project KPIs.

Financial Forecasting

• Proficiency in creating cash flow forecasts and managing resource allocation.

Certification

• PMP Certification (Preferred).

الوظيفة: مهندس تخطيط

المتطلبات الرئيسية:

درجة الهندسة

• درجة في الهندسة، ويفضل أن تكون في الهندسة المدنية.

الخبرة

• 5 سنوات أو أكثر من الخبرة في التخطيط والجدولة ومراقبة التكاليف.

إجادة البرمجيات

• إجادة استخدام برنامج Primavera P6.
• إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel.

مهارات الإدارة

• القدرة القوية على إدارة أنشطة التخطيط ومراقبة التكاليف معًا (إلزامي).

مهارات التواصل

• مهارات تواصل وتقارير ممتازة.

الجدولة والتقارير

• القدرة على إنشاء الجدول الأساسي.
• القدرة على إنشاء تقارير التقدم وتحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمشاريع.

التنبؤ المالي

• القدرة على إنشاء توقعات التدفق النقدي وإدارة تخصيص الموارد.

الشهادة

• شهادة PMP (مفضل).
