Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global account strategies to achieve revenue targets and strengthen client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate and close complex deals with key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to account management teams.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a global context.
- Strong understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (e.g., Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish).

- تحليل اتجاهات السوق وتحديد الفرص للنمو.
- تقديم القيادة والإرشاد لفرق إدارة الحسابات.
- تمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات والمؤتمرات الصناعية.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الحسابات، ويفضل في سياق عالمي.
- فهم قوي لعمليات المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال.
- مهارات تواصل بين شخصية ممتازة.
- القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والإقناع.
- سجل مثبت في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية ولغة أخرى على الأقل (مثل العربية، الماندرين، الإسبانية).
