Job Details
- Position: Motor Vehicle Mechanic
- Experience: Minimum Four years directly related work experience
- Location: Bahrain
Key Responsibilities
- Repair, rebuild, or overhaul major assemblies of internal combustion automobiles, buses, trucks, or tractors
- Diagnose the source of trouble and determine the extent of repairs required
- Replace worn or broken parts such as piston rings, bearings, or other engine parts
- Grind and adjust valves, rebuild carburetors, overhaul transmissions, and repair fuel injection, lighting, and ignition systems
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation in accordance with government regulations and local policies
- Assemble, disassemble, repair, or modify components and systems
- Utilize Technical Manuals, Lubrication Orders/Instructions, and Modification Instructions to repair all rolling stock assets
Key Requirements
- Working knowledge of heavy-duty machinery, engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, and other parts and systems
- Ability to detect faulty items, determine causes of malfunctions, and establish the best repair methods
- Limited A/C repair and service on a wide range of automotive and material handling equipment
- Thorough understanding of the principles of operation and required repairs of all components including Suspension, Engine, Transmission, and Differentials
- Possess a valid local Bahraini driver’s license
- Ability to comply with established methods, safety standards, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position
- Must be able to obtain and maintain local base access

- إصلاح وإعادة بناء أو تجديد المكونات الرئيسية للسيارات التي تعمل بالاحتراق الداخلي، والحافلات، والشاحنات، أو الجرارات
- تشخيص مصدر العطل وتحديد مدى الإصلاحات المطلوبة
- استبدال الأجزاء البالية أو المكسورة مثل حلقات المكبس، والمحامل، أو أجزاء المحرك الأخرى
- طحن وضبط الصمامات، وإعادة بناء الكربوراتور، وتجديد صناديق التروس، وإصلاح أنظمة حقن الوقود والإضاءة والإشعال
- الحفاظ على سجلات الصيانة والوثائق وفقًا للوائح الحكومية والسياسات المحلية
- تجميع وفك وإصلاح أو تعديل المكونات والأنظمة
- استخدام الأدلة الفنية، وأوامر التشحيم/التعليمات، وتعليمات التعديل لإصلاح جميع الأصول المتدحرجة
المتطلبات الرئيسية
- معرفة عملية بالمعدات الثقيلة، والمحركات، والأنظمة الهيدروليكية، وصناديق التروس، والأجزاء والأنظمة الأخرى
- القدرة على اكتشاف العناصر المعيبة، وتحديد أسباب الأعطال، وتحديد أفضل طرق الإصلاح
- إصلاح وصيانة محدودة لنظام التكييف على مجموعة واسعة من المعدات الآلية ومعدات المناولة
- فهم شامل لمبادئ التشغيل والإصلاحات المطلوبة لجميع المكونات بما في ذلك نظام التعليق، والمحرك، وصندوق التروس، والفروق
- حيازة رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية
- القدرة على الالتزام بالطرق المحددة، ومعايير السلامة، ومعايير الجودة، والجدول الزمني المطبق على هذا المنصب
- يجب أن تكون قادرًا على الحصول على والحفاظ على وصول القاعدة المحلية
