Job Details
- Position: Maintenance Supervisor / Engineer
- Location: Bahrain
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in property maintenance management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property maintenance operations including civil, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and carpentry services
- Supervise and lead a team of approximately 20 staff members
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and team performance
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing property maintenance
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage staff effectively
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Age between 28 to 35 years
- Male candidates are preferred
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Excellent writing skills
- Ready for immediate joining

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة عمليات الصيانة للعقارات بما في ذلك الخدمات المدنية، والسباكة، والكهرباء، ونظام التكييف، وتصميم الحدائق، والأعمال الخشبية
- الإشراف على فريق مكون من حوالي 20 موظفًا
- ضمان إنجاز جميع مهام الصيانة بكفاءة وعلى أعلى مستوى
- التعاون مع الأقسام المختلفة لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للأنشطة الصيانة وأداء الفريق
المتطلبات الرئيسية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة صيانة العقارات
- القدرة المثبتة على قيادة فريق وإدارة الموظفين بشكل فعال
- رخصة قيادة سارية مطلوبة
- العمر بين 28 و 35 سنة
- يُفضل المرشحون الذكور
- التعليم: دبلوم أو درجة في الهندسة
- إتقان برامج AutoCAD وMS Office
- مهارات اتصال قوية باللغة الإنجليزية والهندية
- مهارات كتابة ممتازة
