Commis bakery

• responsible for preparing and baking a wide variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods. Bakers must have a strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. They are required to measure and mix ingredients, prepare doughs, and shape and bake products. Bakers must also be able to follow recipes accurately, ensure the quality of the finished product, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
