Social Media Specialist (Arabic Speaking)
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
- Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, videos, and code) daily that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.
- Collaborate with sales, web design, web development, digital marketing, customer relations, and product development teams.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Capture and analyze appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, using that information to refine future campaigns.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.

نبحث عن أخصائي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ديناميكي يتحدث العربية للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولًا عن تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة استراتيجية وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لدينا لتعزيز الوعي بالعلامة التجارية وزيادة تفاعل العملاء.
المسؤوليات:
- تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة استراتيجيتنا لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بعد إجراء بحث تنافسي وتحديد المنصات والرسائل وتحديد الجمهور.
- التخطيط وإنشاء ونشر ومشاركة محتوى جديد (بما في ذلك النصوص الأصلية والصور والفيديوهات والشفرات) يوميًا لبناء علاقات عملاء ذات مغزى وزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية وتشجيع أعضاء المجتمع على التفاعل مع العلامة التجارية.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق لتطوير حملات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- متابعة أحدث الممارسات والتقنيات في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- إعداد وتحسين صفحات الشركة ضمن كل منصة لزيادة رؤية المحتوى الاجتماعي للشركة.
- مراقبة تحسين محركات البحث وتفاعل العملاء واقتراح تحسين المحتوى.
- تعديل المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدمون بما يتماشى مع سياسة الاعتدال.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات وتصميم الويب وتطوير الويب والتسويق الرقمي وعلاقات العملاء وتطوير المنتجات.
- إنشاء تقاويم تحريرية وجداول توزيع.
- التقاط وتحليل البيانات/المقاييس الاجتماعية المناسبة والأفكار وأفضل الممارسات لقياس نجاح كل حملة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ثم استخدام تلك المعلومات لتحسين الحملات المستقبلية.
- العمل مع كتّاب النصوص والمصممين لضمان أن يكون المحتوى مفيدًا وجذابًا.
- تعزيز شبكتك من خلال التفاعل مع المحترفين والمؤثرين في الصناعة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
