Responsibilities

1. Control and monitor production and design processes.
2. Check the helmet’s monthly plan and coordinate the radio plans accordingly.
3. Perform quality control during and after the preparation of radios and headsets.
4. Follow up on requests from management and ensure timely delivery of needed materials.
5. Order raw materials from the warehouse and verify received items.
6. Prepare daily inventory stock of radios, headsets, and wire looms in the department.
7. Implement improvements in PLC, electronics, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.
8. Identify potential areas for product improvement and assist in developing appropriate actions.
9. Review and monitor the electronic equipment and new tools ordered.

Requirements

• Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably within a manufacturing industry.
• Language Skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other systems used by RFI.
  • Knowledge of equipment and machines used by RFI.
• Personal Attributes
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a structured, detail-focused approach.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Alert, reliable, and able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.

المسؤوليات

7. تنفيذ تحسينات في أنظمة PLC والإلكترونيات والنيوماتية والهيدروليكية والأتمتة.
8. تحديد مجالات التحسين المحتملة للمنتجات والمساعدة في تطوير الإجراءات المناسبة.
9. مراجعة ومراقبة المعدات الإلكترونية والأدوات الجديدة المطلوبة.

المتطلبات

• التعليم
  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الإلكترونيات أو ما يعادلها من جامعة مرموقة.
• الخبرة
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة التصنيع.
• مهارات اللغة
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
• المهارات التقنية
  • الإلمام ببرامج Microsoft Office (MS Word وExcel وPowerPoint وOutlook) والأنظمة الأخرى المستخدمة من قبل RFI.
  • المعرفة بالمعدات والآلات المستخدمة من قبل RFI.
• الصفات الشخصية
  • مدفوع ذاتيًا، وتحقيق الأداء، ومستعد لأداء مهام متكررة لفترات طويلة.
