A reputed company in Bahrain is hiring a Production Manager.
Details
Production Main Duties:

- Responsible for all production/manufacturing activities and personnel.
- Control absenteeism, sickness, and holidays along with HR.
- Participate in employee selection for employment, promotion, and redundancy.
- Optimize machine utilization.
- Reduce tool changeover times using standard work principles.
- Ensure documentation adherence and provide statistical reports as required.
- Support ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and FSSC.
- Lead EHS programs.
- Train new staff alongside supervisors.
- Ensure production supervisors have relevant information to achieve targets.
- Liaise with shift supervisors to keep them informed of changes.
- Maintain discipline and issue warnings as necessary with HR assistance.
- Hold regular supervisors’ meetings to discuss issues and exchange information.
- Advise on production personnel training needs.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure safety compliance.
- Work additional hours as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and send monthly PSY data to the US.
- Perform any other reasonable duties to ensure efficient plant operations.
Maintenance Main Duties:
- Ensure the Engineering department functions correctly to maximize plant and equipment usage.
- Coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance to minimize production disruption.
- Prioritize and report maintenance jobs.
- Liaise with shift supervisors to keep them informed of changes.
- Produce reports on equipment faults, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Monitor employee performance to required standards.
- Stay updated with Engineering regulations and liaise with machinery suppliers.
- Work additional hours as necessary to ensure smooth department operations.
- Ensure adherence to departmental procedures and equipment parameters.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Ability to lead a team toward operational objectives and contribute to strategic goal-setting.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or ASQ CQE certification preferred.
- Experience in de-coupled injection molding and structured process development required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Capable of supporting validation definition, method definition, root cause analysis, gage R&R, and measurement systems analysis.
- Experience in design for plastics injection-mold fabrication processes preferred.
- Ability to conduct design reviews of hot/cold runner injection molds preferred.
- High level of initiative and flexibility.
- Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

المهام الرئيسية للإنتاج:

- التحكم في الغياب والمرض والإجازات بالتعاون مع قسم الموارد البشرية.
- المشاركة في اختيار الموظفين للتوظيف والترقية والفصل.
- تحسين استخدام الآلات.
- تقليل أوقات تغيير الأدوات باستخدام مبادئ العمل القياسية.
- ضمان الالتزام بالتوثيق وتقديم التقارير الإحصائية حسب الحاجة.
- دعم معايير ISO 9001 و45001 و14001 وFSSC.
- قيادة برامج الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
- تدريب الموظفين الجدد بجانب المشرفين.
- ضمان حصول مشرفي الإنتاج على المعلومات اللازمة لتحقيق الأهداف.
- التنسيق مع مشرفي الورديات لإبقائهم على اطلاع بالتغييرات.
- الحفاظ على الانضباط وإصدار التحذيرات عند الضرورة بمساعدة قسم الموارد البشرية.
- عقد اجتماعات منتظمة للمشرفين لمناقشة القضايا وتبادل المعلومات.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن احتياجات تدريب موظفي الإنتاج.
- الحفاظ على معايير النظافة الجيدة وضمان الامتثال للسلامة.
- العمل لساعات إضافية حسب الضرورة لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
- إعداد وإرسال بيانات PSY الشهرية إلى الولايات المتحدة.
- أداء أي واجبات معقولة أخرى لضمان سير العمليات بكفاءة في المصنع.
المهام الرئيسية للصيانة:
- ضمان عمل قسم الهندسة بشكل صحيح لتحقيق أقصى استفادة من المصنع والمعدات.
- تنسيق الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية لتقليل تعطيل الإنتاج.
- تحديد أولويات ووضع تقارير عن مهام الصيانة.
- التنسيق مع مشرفي الورديات لإبقائهم على اطلاع بالتغييرات.
- إعداد تقارير عن أعطال المعدات والتعطلات والإصلاحات.
- مراقبة أداء الموظفين للامتثال للمعايير المطلوبة.
- متابعة اللوائح الهندسية والتنسيق مع موردي الآلات بشأن التغييرات والتحسينات.
- العمل لساعات إضافية حسب الضرورة لضمان سير عمليات القسم بسلاسة.
- ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات القسم ومعايير المعدات والإبلاغ عن أي انحراف.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل ذات الصلة.
- القدرة على قيادة فريق نحو تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والمساهمة في تحديد الأهداف الاستراتيجية للقسم/وحدة الأعمال.
- شهادة Six Sigma Green/Black Belt أو ASQ CQE مفضلة.
- خبرة وفهم في قولبة الحقن المنفصلة وتطوير العمليات الهيكلية مطلوبة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة مع إشراف قليل أو بدون إشراف مع دعم وحدات هندسة التصميم والتصنيع.
- القدرة على دعم تعريف التحقق، تعريف الطرق، تحليل السبب الجذري، تحليل Gage R&R، وتحليل أنظمة القياس.
- خبرة وفهم في عمليات تصنيع قوالب حقن البلاستيك المقطوعة مفضلة.
- القدرة على إجراء مراجعات تصميم لقوالب الحقن ذات الموصلات الساخنة/الباردة مفضلة.
- مستوى عالٍ من المبادرة والمرونة في التكيف مع احتياجات العمل الديناميكية.
- إجادة استخدام نظام SAP أو أنظمة ERP الأخرى، Outlook، Word، PowerPoint، وExcel.
