•  Preparing all the food orders accordingly and following all the special requests if any
•  Following all the standards in preparation , portioning , presentation
•  Proper food knowledge & speed of service
•  Delivering all the items within the time frame and as per the standard presentation
•  Ensuring the guest satisfaction by monitoring the quality of the products used
•  Maintaining a superior product quality by conducting Line checks every shift with the Chef’s supervision

•  Organizing and maintaining a good functionality for all the equipments and utensils
•  Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
•  Checking stock levels and informing the Chef /RSM /RGM of any shortage
•  Constant communication with the superiors
