About the Job:
Job Description: Aon in the Middle East is seeking a Project Manager in Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The role requires an operationally and strategically minded individual with a strong background in project/business management skills. The scope of work will initially be Project Management, transitioning into Operations Management/Product Ownership upon project implementation.
The Appropriate Candidate Will Be Required To:
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project management process to go live and for any further phases or enhancements to the product.
- Operations Lead: Lead the BAU operation and act as a liaison between various operational, IT, and administration teams.
- Client Relationship and Management: Develop and maintain client relationships, seek new commercial opportunities, and implement BAU communication strategies with clients and stakeholders.
- Product Ownership: Understand and prioritize user requirements, define product features, and drive product development.
- Carry out end-to-end leadership and program management, monitoring and managing client relationships and expectations.
- Manage the project team, including hiring, training, and evaluation, as well as collaborating with a wider cross-functional group and outsourced teams.
- Be responsible and accountable for regular monitoring and reporting on the project and, moving forward, the business performance.
- Develop operational policies, procedures, and processes; implement them, and manage them once the project has been completed and implemented.
Education/Professional Qualifications:
- University degree
- Preferably qualified PMO
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management
- Excellent verbal, organizational, and communication skills, accustomed to working with C-level management
- Confident, accurate, self-motivated, and resilient
- Discrete, diplomatic, flexible, and reliable
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Possess a good customer and business/operations perspective

المهام المطلوبة من المرشح المناسب:
- إدارة المشروع: الإشراف على عملية إدارة المشروع من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك أي مراحل أو تحسينات إضافية على المنتج.
- قيادة العمليات: قيادة العمليات اليومية والتنسيق بين الفرق المختلفة المعنية بالعمليات، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، والإدارة.
- إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء: تطوير والحفاظ على العلاقة مع العملاء، والبحث عن فرص تجارية جديدة، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الاتصال اليومية مع العملاء والمساهمين.

المؤهلات التعليمية والمهنية:
- درجة جامعية
- يفضل الحصول على مؤهل PMO
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع
- مهارات اتصال شفهية وتنظيمية ممتازة، مع خبرة في العمل مع الإدارة العليا
- الثقة والدقة، والتحفيز الذاتي والمرونة
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط لتلبية المواعيد النهائية
- امتلاك رؤية جيدة تجاه العملاء والأعمال/العمليات
