We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience, including at least 2-3 years in IoT, telematics, or GPS software development. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for software development projects.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends, user needs, and business processes.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
Project Planning and Management:
- Participate in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track milestones.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and manage potential risks or issues proactively.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and development teams.
- Ensure clear communication of project goals and requirements.
Business Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving business processes and workflows.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
- Present business cases and feasibility studies for process improvement initiatives.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed documentation including functional specifications, user cases, and process flows.
- Take the initiative to develop regular progress reports, status updates, and project documentation, collaborating with the BA team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IoT, telematics, or GPS software development.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, business process modeling, data flow analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in creating SRS, BRD, workflows, and prototypes, with proficiency in tools like JIRA, Figma, and Microsoft Suite.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly gross salary ranging from BHD 300 to BHD 500, based on experience and competency.
