MHB Hydroponics is seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Retail and Technical Associate. This role involves a blend of customer service, retail sales, inventory management, and technical support in the installation and maintenance of hydroponic systems and greenhouses. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, have excellent communication skills, and possess a balance of retail and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales & Customer Service:
- Assist customers in selecting hydroponic products and solutions.
- Process sales transactions using the POS system.
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate usage where necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, WhatsApp, and in-store.
Inventory Control:
- Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and manage inventory records.
- Assist in receiving and organizing incoming inventory.
Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain clean and organized product displays to optimize customer experience.
- Update and arrange product placement based on sales trends.
Hydroponic System & Greenhouse Installation:
- Assist with the installation and assembly of hydroponic systems and greenhouses at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer systems.
Shop Maintenance:
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment and systems as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Language Skills:
- Proficient in reading and writing in English.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage, but not required.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software.
- Experience using POS systems for sales transactions.
Driving License:
- Must hold a valid Bahraini driving license to travel to customer locations for installations and service.
Other Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Physically able to assist in hydroponics and greenhouse installations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or technical support.
- Knowledge of hydroponics or gardening is an advantage, though training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD130.000 - BD160.000 per month

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
مبيعات التجزئة وخدمة العملاء:- مساعدة العملاء في اختيار المنتجات والحلول الزراعة المائية.
- معالجة معاملات المبيعات باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع.
- تقديم معرفة بالمنتجات وعرض الاستخدام عند الحاجة.
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وحل المشكلات عبر الهاتف وواتساب وفي المتجر.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون، وإعادة تخزين الأرفف، وإدارة سجلات المخزون.
- المساعدة في استلام وتنظيم المخزون الوارد.
- الحفاظ على عرض المنتجات نظيفًا ومنظمًا لتحسين تجربة العملاء.
- تحديث وترتيب وضع المنتجات بناءً على اتجاهات المبيعات.
- المساعدة في تركيب وتجميع أنظمة الزراعة المائية والبيوت الزجاجية في مواقع العملاء.
- تقديم الدعم الفني وحل المشكلات لأنظمة العملاء.
- التأكد من أن المتجر نظيف ومنظم ومُعتنى به جيدًا.
- القيام بالصيانة الروتينية لمعدات وأنظمة المتجر حسب الحاجة.
المهارات والمتطلبات المطلوبة:
مهارات اللغة:- إتقان القراءة والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- المعرفة باللغة العربية ميزة، لكنها ليست مطلوبة.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Word وExcel وبرامج المكتب الأخرى.
- خبرة في استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع لمعالجة معاملات المبيعات.
- يجب أن يكون لديك رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية للسفر إلى مواقع العملاء للتركيبات والخدمة.
- مهارات التواصل والتفاعل القوية للتعامل مع العملاء.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام ومسؤوليات متعددة في بيئة ديناميكية.
- القدرة البدنية على المساعدة في تركيب الزراعة المائية والبيوت الزجاجية.
- منظم، دقيق، ويمتلك عقلية حل المشكلات.
الخبرة المفضلة:
- خبرة في مبيعات التجزئة، خدمة العملاء، أو الدعم الفني.
- المعرفة بالزراعة المائية أو البستنة ميزة، على الرغم من توفير التدريب.
