01.Pouching Machine Operator / Sr. Operator (Flexible Packaging)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pouching Machine Operator/Sr. Operator to join our team in the flexible packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating pouching machines, maintaining quality control, and adhering to safety and food safety regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company Quality Systems, Operational Procedures, and Safety protocols; complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
- Set up and operate pouching machines and support equipment to produce pouches using printed, laminated, or unsupported flexible plastic film for food and non-food packaging.
- Read job specifications and past run data to determine necessary machine adjustments and material requirements, ensuring everything is in order before setup.
- Operate various pouching machines, including but not limited to:

- Center seal pouch
- Side gusset center seal
- Bottom gusset stand-up pouches (with and without zipper)
- Flat bottom side gusset (with and without zipper)
- Side gusset from different web
- 3-side seal pouches
- Retrieve components such as bag and gusset formers, side seals, zipper dies, zipper spools, and case labels needed for production.
- Ensure the finished product meets all customer specifications by accurately following job specifications.
- Identify and communicate production defects to ensure affected pouches are not included in packing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management and supervisors.
SQF / Food Safety Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all SQF procedures, GMP requirements, and 5S protocols.
- Manufacture products safely and maintain high-quality standards.
- Comply with all customer specifications.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, along with the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Basic knowledge of flexible packaging films is an advantage.
Related Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Flexible Packaging Field (Pouching Division).

مسؤوليات SQF / سلامة الغذاء:
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع إجراءات SQF ومتطلبات GMP وبروتوكولات 5S .
- تصنيع المنتجات بأمان والحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية.
- الالتزام بجميع مواصفات العملاء.
متطلبات التأهيل:
- المؤهلات المطلوبة: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- HABC Level – 3 for First aid and fire safety or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of full-time experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting in a safety and health-related position.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
