Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification: Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Safety Training: Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring they are aware of safety procedures and best practices.
- Accident Investigation and Prevention: Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures to prevent recurrence.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring that employees are trained and prepared to handle emergencies effectively.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including OSHA, ANSI, and industry-specific requirements.
- Safety Culture Promotion: Foster a strong safety culture within the organization by promoting safety awareness and encouraging employees to report hazards and concerns.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training, and prepare regular safety reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- HABC Level – 3 for First aid and fire safety or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of full-time experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting in a safety and health-related position.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات السلامة: تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات سلامة شاملة تتماشى مع معايير الصناعة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- تقييم المخاطر وتحديد الأخطار: إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية وتقييمات للمخاطر لتحديد الأخطار المحتملة واتخاذ التدابير التصحيحية.
- تدريب السلامة: تطوير وتقديم برامج تدريبية للسلامة لجميع الموظفين لضمان معرفتهم بإجراءات السلامة وأفضل الممارسات.
- التحقيق في الحوادث ومنعها: التحقيق في الحوادث والمشكلات، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، وتطبيق الإجراءات الوقائية لمنع تكرارها.
- الاستعداد للطوارئ: تطوير وصيانة خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ، وضمان تدريب الموظفين واستعدادهم للتعامل مع حالات الطوارئ بفعالية.
- إدارة الامتثال: ضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح والمعايير المتعلقة بالسلامة، بما في ذلك OSHA، ANSI، ومتطلبات الصناعة الخاصة.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة: تعزيز ثقافة السلامة القوية داخل المنظمة من خلال الترويج للوعي بالسلامة وتشجيع الموظفين على الإبلاغ عن المخاطر والمشاكل.
- إدارة البيانات والتقارير: الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للحوادث والتفتيش والتدريب، وإعداد تقارير دورية عن السلامة للإدارة.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في السلامة والصحة المهنية، الهندسة الكيميائية، الهندسة الصناعية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية معتمدة في السلامة (CSP) أو ما يعادلها.
- مستوى HABC – 3 للإسعافات الأولية والسلامة من الحرائق أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة تتراوح من 5 إلى 10 سنوات بدوام كامل في بيئة تصنيع أو صناعية في مجال السلامة والصحة.
- معرفة قوية بلوائح ومعايير السلامة.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- مهارات تنظيمية وحل مشكلات قوية.
