Job Title: Engagement and Adoption Officer
About the Job
We are seeking an Engagement & Adoption Officer responsible for driving student and instructor engagement with our e-learning platform. This role focuses on developing strategies to enhance user adoption, fostering a vibrant online community, and ensuring that users maximize their experience with our educational technology solutions.

Responsibilities
- Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement strategies that encourage users to participate actively in online courses and activities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create targeted communication materials that highlight platform features and benefits.
- User Metrics Monitoring: Monitor user engagement metrics and feedback, providing insights for ongoing improvements to user experience.
- Workshops and Training: Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate users about available resources and features within the platform.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as educators and institutional partners to promote widespread adoption of Lumofy's solutions.
- User Queries: Act as the primary point of contact for user queries and concerns related to engagement and adoption, ensuring timely resolution.
- Analytics Utilization: Utilize analytics tools to assess engagement levels and influence decisions for strategy adjustments.
- Community Facilitation: Facilitate user communities, forums, or social media groups to encourage collaboration and share best practices among users.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in user engagement roles within the education technology sector or e-learning companies.
- Training Development: Prior experience in developing training materials and delivering presentations.
- Educational Trends: Familiarity with educational trends and instructional design principles is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse users and stakeholders.
- Analytics Familiarity: Familiarity with analytics platforms to track user engagement and learning outcomes.
- E-Learning Understanding: Understanding of e-learning trends and technologies to effectively promote platform features.

- التعاون: التعاون مع فرق التسويق وتطوير المنتجات لإنشاء مواد تواصل مستهدفة تبرز ميزات وفوائد المنصة.
- مراقبة مقاييس المستخدمين: مراقبة مقاييس تفاعل المستخدمين والتعليقات، وتقديم رؤى للتحسينات المستمرة لتجربة المستخدم.
- ورش العمل والتدريب: إجراء ورش عمل وندوات تدريبية لتثقيف المستخدمين حول الموارد والميزات المتاحة داخل المنصة.
- بناء العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين مثل المعلمين والشركاء المؤسسيين لتعزيز اعتماد حلول لوموفي.
- استفسارات المستخدمين: العمل كنقطة اتصال أولى لاستفسارات المستخدمين واهتماماتهم المتعلقة بالتفاعل والتبني، وضمان الحل الفوري.
- استخدام التحليلات: استخدام أدوات التحليل لتقييم مستويات التفاعل وتأثير القرارات على تعديلات الاستراتيجيات.
- تيسير المجتمع: تيسير مجتمعات المستخدمين، والمنتديات، أو مجموعات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لتشجيع التعاون ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات بين المستخدمين.
المؤهلات والمهارات
- المؤهل الأكاديمي: درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم أو الاتصالات أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: خبرة في أدوار التفاعل مع المستخدمين داخل قطاع تكنولوجيا التعليم أو شركات التعليم الإلكتروني.
- تطوير التدريب: خبرة سابقة في تطوير مواد التدريب وتقديم العروض.
- الاتجاهات التعليمية: الإلمام بالاتجاهات التعليمية ومبادئ تصميم التعليم يعد ميزة.
- مهارات الاتصال: مهارات اتصال قوية للتفاعل الفعال مع مستخدمين متنوعين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- الإلمام بالتحليلات: الإلمام بمنصات التحليل لتتبع تفاعل المستخدمين ونتائج التعلم.
- فهم التعليم الإلكتروني: فهم اتجاهات وتقنيات التعليم الإلكتروني للترويج بشكل فعال لميزات المنصة
