Position: Accountant - Bahraini National
We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures and reconciling bank statements. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with accounting advanced features and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience of 8 to 10 years.
- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
- Proficient user of finance software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.

المسؤوليات:
- إدارة جميع المعاملات المحاسبية.

- توجيه موظفي المحاسبة من خلال تنسيق الأنشطة والإجابة على الأسئلة.
- تسوية التباينات المالية من خلال جمع وتحليل معلومات الحسابات.
- تأمين المعلومات المالية من خلال إجراء النسخ الاحتياطية للبيانات.
- إعداد المدفوعات من خلال التحقق من المستندات وطلب صرف الأموال.
- تسوية الحسابات المستحقة والدائنة.
- إدارة الميزانيات العمومية وبيانات الأرباح والخسائر.
- تقديم تقارير عن الصحة المالية والسيولة في الشركة.
- تدقيق المعاملات المالية والمستندات.
- تعزيز سرية البيانات المالية وإجراء النسخ الاحتياطية للبيانات عند الضرورة.
- الامتثال للسياسات واللوائح المالية.
المتطلبات والمهارات:
- خبرة مثبتة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات.
- خبرة في القطاع المالي مع أدوار سابقة محتملة مثل محلل مالي.
- فهم واسع للاتجاهات المالية سواء داخل الشركة أو الأنماط العامة للسوق.
- مستخدم بارع لبرامج المالية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والعرض والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على إدارة وتوجيه وقيادة الموظفين لضمان استخدام العمليات المالية المناسبة.
- فهم قوي للإحصائيات المالية ومبادئ المحاسبة.
- معرفة عملية بجميع التشريعات واللوائح القانونية.
