Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the erection team while executing the projects under his control.
• Follow-up management and technical supervision for the projects assigned to him.
• Issue the necessary programs of erection through the construction manager for approval during the installation phase of the project in coordination with the planning department and production for any technical matters arising during the installation phase of the project.
• Maintain a close relationship with the project's main contractor, client, and consultant for proper coordination of the installation works.
• Ensure effective operation of installation/construction procedures.
• Follow the safety regulations of all the sites.
• Keep updated records and proper filing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in precast concrete construction.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات

• الإشراف وإدارة فريق التركيب أثناء تنفيذ المشاريع تحت سيطرته.
• متابعة الإدارة والإشراف الفني للمشاريع المعينة له.
• إصدار البرامج اللازمة للتركيب من خلال مدير البناء للموافقة خلال مرحلة التركيب للمشروع بالتنسيق مع قسم التخطيط والإنتاج لأي مسائل فنية تطرأ خلال مرحلة التركيب.
• الحفاظ على علاقة وثيقة مع المقاول الرئيسي للمشروع والعميل والمستشار لضمان التنسيق الصحيح لأعمال التركيب.
• ضمان تشغيل فعال لإجراءات التركيب / البناء.
• اتباع اللوائح السلامة في جميع المواقع.
• الاحتفاظ بسجلات محدثة وأرشفة مناسبة.

الملف الشخصي المرغوب فيه

• شهادة بكاليوس / دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية.
• خبرة مثبتة في بناء الخرسانة مسبقة الصب.
• مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع مع القدرة على تعدد المهام وتحديد الأولويات في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة واحتكاك بين الأشخاص.
