Required Retail Sales Supervisor in Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:
1.Supervise daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with the management team to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
5. Assist with inventory management and report stock shortages.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review
7. Ensure the store is clean and organized.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in both Arabic and English.
2. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail sector, preferably in perfumes or luxury goods.
3. Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
4. Ability to meet sales targets and enhance team performance.

مطلوب مشرف مبيعات التجزئة في البحرين
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
1. الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمتجر، وضمان خدمة العملاء الممتازة وسير العمل السلس.
2. قيادة وتحفيز فريق المبيعات لتحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات وأهداف الأداء.
3. التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء والشكاوى المتصاعدة، وضمان رضا العملاء.
4. التعاون مع فريق الإدارة لتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات والأنشطة الترويجية.
5. المساعدة في إدارة المخزون والإبلاغ عن نقص المخزون.
6. إعداد تقارير المبيعات اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية لمراجعة الإدارة
7. تأكد من أن المتجر نظيف ومنظم.
متطلبات:
1. إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
2. خبرة مثبتة في دور إشرافي ضمن قطاع التجزئة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في مجال العطور أو السلع الفاخرة.
3. مهارات قوية في التعامل والمبيعات.
4. القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتعزيز أداء الفريق.
