Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Kore.ai Architect at Ali Rashid Al Amin Co. B.S.C Closed in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. As a Kore.ai Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced chatbot solutions using the Kore.ai platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver scalable, future-proof conversational AI solutions that align with business objectives. You’ll lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and stay current with emerging trends in conversational AI, including the integration of large language models (LLMs), NLP features, and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the end-to-end implementation of chatbot solutions using Kore.ai’s platform, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
• Lead the integration of Kore.ai with external systems, including eCommerce platforms (like SFCC) and third-party services, via APIs and web services.
• Leverage Kore.ai's LLMs and NLP features, managing intent training, contextual responses, and AI-driven conversations. Ensure robust guardrails for safe and controlled AI interactions.
• Guide development teams by providing technical mentorship, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software design, security, and performance optimization.
• Create and present technical documentation, solution designs, and key design decisions (KDD) in architecture forums to align with broader organizational strategy.
• Lead technical workshops with business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Work with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, with a good understanding of containerization and deployment strategies.
• Stay updated on trends in conversational AI, including multilingual deployment, advancements in NLP, and evolving best practices within the Kore.ai ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect focusing on chatbot solutions using Kore.ai for enterprises.
• Expertise in Kore.ai platform (XO, GALE) with a deep understanding of its features, capabilities, APIs, and Web SDK.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js, with experience customizing and extending bot functionality.
• Experience in integrating chatbots with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI-driven conversational features, and NLP technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record in delivering scalable and future-proof conversational AI solutions.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
