We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Bahrain, where you will ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets while maintaining quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget variance reports, and risk assessment reports
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and documents
- Provide technical support and guidance to project team members
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project management in the construction or related industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project and Excel
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional language proficiency is a plus

الملف الشخصي المرغوب فيه
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع في صناعة البناء أو صناعة ذات صلة
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق، مع مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية، مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على تحديد الأولويات وإدارة مهام متعددة في وقت واحد
- إتقان برامج وأدوات إدارة المشاريع، بما في ذلك Microsoft Project وExcel
- مهارات قيادية وإدارية ممتازة، مع القدرة على تحفيز وإلهام أعضاء الفريق
