Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere, and Public. ↔
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter to join our team in our Bahrain Offices. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Talent: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent for our organization.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilizing Channels: Utilize various channels, including social media and job boards, to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Conducting Assessments: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Building Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Staying Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
- Managing Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Analyzing Metrics: Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and talent acquisition efforts.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and culture to attract high-caliber candidates.
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in effective talent acquisition, showcasing successful sourcing and hiring.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of diverse sourcing channels and familiarity with industry trends.
- Proficiency in using ATS and analytical skills to optimize recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.

- اكتساب المواهب: بصفتك شريك اكتساب موهبة، ستلعب دورًا حاسمًا في البحث والتوظيف لأفضل المواهب لمنظمتنا.
- التعاون: التعاون مع مديري التوظيف لفهم احتياجات التوظيف وتطوير استراتيجيات توظيف فعالة.
- استخدام القنوات: استخدام قنوات متعددة، بما في ذلك وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ولوحات الوظائف، لجذب وإشراك المرشحين المحتملين.
- إجراء التقييمات: إجراء مقابلات وتقييمات شاملة لتقييم مهارات المرشحين وخبراتهم وتوافقهم الثقافي.
- بناء العلاقات: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع المرشحين، مما يوفر تجربة إيجابية واحترافية للمرشحين.
- البقاء على اطلاع: البقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات لتعزيز عملية التوظيف.
- إدارة عملية التوظيف: إدارة عملية التوظيف من البداية إلى النهاية، من الاتصال الأول إلى التفاوض على العروض والتوجيه.
- تحليل المقاييس: تحليل مقاييس التوظيف لتقييم فعالية استراتيجيات البحث وإجراء تحسينات مدفوعة بالبيانات.
- التعاون بين الفرق: التعاون مع الفرق عبر الأقسام لضمان التوافق بين أهداف العمل وجهود اكتساب المواهب.
- سفير العلامة التجارية: العمل كسفير للعلامة التجارية، promoting قيم الشركة وثقافتها لجذب المرشحين ذوي الكفاءة العالية.
الخبرات والمهارات
- خبرة مثبتة في اكتساب المواهب بفعالية، مع عرض ناجح للبحث والتوظيف.
- مهارات تواصل بين شخصية قوية للتعاون مع مديري التوظيف والمرشحين.
- معرفة عميقة بقنوات البحث المتنوعة وإلمام باتجاهات الصناعة.
- إتقان استخدام أنظمة تتبع المتقدمين ومهارات تحليلية لتحسين مقاييس التوظيف من أجل التحسين المستمر.
