Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed time schedules and budgets that align with project specifications.
- Negotiate with vendors and contractors to ensure the best pricing.
- Observe existing processes, analyze staff performance, and address deficiencies.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports.
- Attend and schedule meetings as necessary.
- Delegate tasks and provide feedback to workers.
- Ensure all contract requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and team members.
- Analyze technical drawings and provide material and cost estimates.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Primavera and MS Office.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
- A solid understanding of safety protocols.
- Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.

- ضمان إتمام المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
المتطلبات:
- درجة علمية في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان برنامج Primavera و MS Office.
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط وإدارة المشاريع.
- قدرات متعددة المهام ممتازة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمهندس تخطيط.
- رخصة قيادة سارية.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Erection Supervisor to manage and oversee the erection team for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of installation procedures, coordinating with contractors, clients, and consultants, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the erection team while executing projects.
- Provide follow-up management and technical supervision for assigned projects.
- Issue erection programs for approval during the installation phase, in coordination with the planning department and production.
- Maintain close relationships with the main contractor, client, and consultant for proper coordination of installation works.
- Ensure the effective operation of installation and construction procedures.
- Follow safety regulations across all sites.
- Maintain updated records and proper filing.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in precast concrete construction.
