We are seeking a skilled
Sabre IX Developer to join our development team. If you have a deep understanding of the Sabre system and are passionate about contributing to the travel and transportation industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Sabre IX platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Integration: Integrate Sabre IX services with third-party systems and internal applications, including booking, pricing, and ticketing services.
- Customization: Customize Sabre APIs and services to meet the business needs of clients in the travel industry.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Sabre system implementations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- System Optimization: Enhance performance and scalability of Sabre IX solutions.
- Testing: Conduct unit testing and ensure high-quality code through best practices.
- Documentation: Provide detailed technical documentation for all developed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Sabre systems, specifically Sabre IX platform development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sabre APIs, experience with travel booking systems, and strong understanding of XML, SOAP, RESTful APIs.
- Programming Languages: Experience with Java, .NET, C#, or similar technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other Sabre products or services.
- Knowledge of NDC (New Distribution Capability) and ATPCO.
- Familiarity with airline, hospitality, or travel industry-specific applications.
- Prior experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
