Reporting directly to our CTO
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with stakeholders (Co-founders, Web Engineers, DevOps Engineers) to bring your project to life.
- Improve our AI moderation systems to identify and filter inappropriate content, including implementing classifiers for detecting sensitive topics.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of algorithms for LLM behavior adjustments based on user interactions, focusing on fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Develop strategies for multi-AI interactions within group chats, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Adaptation and fine-tuning of base models for multilingual support.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of diverse datasets critical for training and improving the performance of LLMs.
- Assess and decide on the best technological approaches, choosing between classifiers, fine-tuning, and other methods based on specific project needs.
Your Qualifications
Hard Skills
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, neural networks, and dataset management.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- Proven experience in AI projects, particularly in NLP and LLMs.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Proficient in programming languages relevant to AI development, such as Python, PyTorch, and familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks.
