Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a diverse global marketing team to achieve high-impact campaigns across multiple channels including digital, content, social media, and events.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and elevate our brand worldwide.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer experience.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage the global marketing budget and ensure resource allocation maximizes ROI.
- Represent HRS International at key industry events, conferences, and in media appearances.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a similar senior marketing role, preferably in the technology or hospitality sectors.
