Job Overview
Hassan Lari Group is looking for a skilled and motivated Projects Engineer with a keen interest in project management and strong Quantity Surveying (QS) skills to lead the construction of a prestigious office tower in Bahrain. While this role primarily focuses on this high-rise project, the selected candidate will also contribute to the successful delivery of other ongoing and future projects within the company's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Construction Efforts: Oversee the on-site management and execution of the 30-story office tower, ensuring timely delivery of all phases.
- Coordinate Subcontractors: Effectively manage and coordinate various subcontractors, including civil, MEP, façade, finishes, and other key trades and disciplines.
- Quantity Surveying Expertise: Perform quantity take-offs, prepare and review cost estimates, and ensure cost control and financial reporting for the project.
- Finishes Expertise: Ensure high standards of finishes, maintaining strict quality control throughout the process.
- Consultant Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact with the project’s consultant, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on all project aspects.
- Team Leadership: Foster a dynamic, collaborative work environment, leading by example and ensuring clear communication across all teams.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, execute tasks efficiently, and track project progress to ensure key milestones are met.

We are looking for an HVAC Technician cum Appliance Technician who is knowledgeable in the maintenance and repair of various cooling and appliance systems. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling window ACs, split ACs, central ACs, ducting, package AC systems, as well as fridges, washing machines, microwaves, and electric hobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including window, split, central, and package AC systems.
- Conduct ducting works to ensure proper airflow and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair household appliances such as fridges, washing machines, microwaves, and electric hobs.
- Ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
