Job Summary
As a Senior SAP ABAP Workflow Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing workflow processes within SAP systems. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our clients’ operational efficiency and ensuring seamless integration across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective workflow solutions using SAP ABAP.
- Customization: Customize and enhance existing workflows to meet specific client needs and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate workflows with various SAP modules and external systems.
- Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements in workflow processes.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, configurations, and custom developments.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of workflow solutions to ensure quality and compliance.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and junior consultants, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Travel: Be available for onsite assignments in Bahrain, working closely with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on workflow.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, HR, FI/CO) and their integration with workflows.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex workflows using SAP Business Workflow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel onsite to Bahrain as required.

- السفر: التوفر للمهام في الموقع في البحرين، والعمل عن كثب مع العملاء والمساهمين.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 5 سنوات أو أكثر من الخبرة العملية في تطوير SAP ABAP، مع التركيز على سير العمل.
- فهم قوي لوحدات SAP (مثل SD، MM، HR، FI/CO) وتكاملها مع سير العمل.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتنفيذ سير العمل المعقدة باستخدام SAP Business Workflow.
- مهارات حل المشكلات الممتازة والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي بيئة فريق.
