About the Job
Job Description:
- Checking the sales checks, collections, and daily closing.
- Checking the portals and the platforms for the order status.
- Follow-up and posting for sales transactions.
- Monitoring the discount checks.
- Spot-check visits to the locations (cash & other).
- Communicate and follow up with branches for daily closing issues.
- Provide the General Accountant with abnormal sales variances.
- Provide the General Accountant with the amount of credit sales.
- Provide the General Accountant with the accounts receivable (AR) collections.

وصف الوظيفة:
- التحقق من فواتير المبيعات، والتحصيلات، والإغلاق اليومي.
- التحقق من البوابات والمنصات لحالة الطلبات.
- المتابعة والنشر للمعاملات البيعية.
- مراقبة التحقق من الخصومات.
- زيارات تفتيش مفاجئة للمواقع (النقد وغيرها).
- التواصل والمتابعة مع الفروع بشأن مشكلات الإغلاق اليومي.
- تقديم معلومات إلى المحاسب العام حول التباينات غير الطبيعية في المبيعات.
- تقديم معلومات إلى المحاسب العام حول مبلغ المبيعات الآجلة.
- تقديم معلومات إلى المحاسب العام حول تحصيلات الحسابات المستحقة.
