LRS Project Manager
The duties and responsibilities of a Language Review Services Project Manager involve all standard aspects of interfacing with client companies, scheduling and costing projects, and managing the overall project flow. In order to provide the customer with a comprehensive service, our company assigns one or more dedicated Project Managers to key customers. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of a project from beginning to end.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the client always receives superior standards of project management and customer service
- Specific focus on language quality, processes and requirements
- Delivering all projects on time and within budget in accordance with client requirements
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Tracking and controlling of all costs throughout the entire lifecycle of a project
- Status reporting customized to clients’ needs
- Provision of business intelligence, quality & productivity metrics customized to clients’ needs
- Running project kick-offs and post-project analysis initiatives
- Troubleshooting and helping to set standards and processes and continually making recommendations to improve process and maximize efficiencies where possible
- Central handling of queries and support requests
- Capacity planning for internal & external resources
- Interacting with language partners and in-house teams
- All other related tasks
Requirements:
- 5 years + Project Management experience
- Language experience in the localization industry
- Experience in client communication and management
- Able to work in a geographically dispersed team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solver
- Time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Solid understanding of how quality management feeds into client satisfaction and delivery targets
- Solid understanding of quality in the context of business needs

تتضمن واجبات ومسؤوليات مدير مشروع خدمات مراجعة اللغة جميع الجوانب القياسية للتواصل مع شركات العملاء، وجدولة وتكلفة المشاريع، وإدارة تدفق المشروع بشكل عام. من أجل توفير خدمة شاملة للعملاء، تعين شركتنا مدير مشروع مخصص واحد أو أكثر للعملاء الرئيسيين. يكون مدير المشروع مسؤولًا عن إكمال المشروع بنجاح من البداية إلى النهاية.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- ضمان أن يتلقى العميل دائمًا معايير عالية من إدارة المشاريع وخدمة العملاء
- التركيز المحدد على جودة اللغة والعمليات والمتطلبات
- تسليم جميع المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية وفقًا لمتطلبات العميل
- إعداد المقترحات والعروض
- تتبع والتحكم في جميع التكاليف طوال دورة حياة المشروع
- تقارير الحالة مخصصة لاحتياجات العملاء
- توفير معلومات تجارية وقياسات جودة وإنتاجية مخصصة لاحتياجات العملاء
- تشغيل مبادرات انطلاق المشروع وتحليل ما بعد المشروع
- حل المشكلات والمساعدة في وضع المعايير والعمليات والتوصية باستمرار لتحسين العمليات وزيادة الكفاءة حيثما كان ذلك ممكنًا
- التعامل المركزي مع الاستفسارات وطلبات الدعم
- التخطيط للقدرة للموارد الداخلية والخارجية
- التفاعل مع شركاء اللغة والفرق الداخلية
- جميع المهام ذات الصلة الأخرى
المتطلبات:
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع تزيد عن 5 سنوات
- خبرة في اللغة في صناعة التوطين
- خبرة في التواصل مع العملاء وإدارتهم
- القدرة على العمل في فريق متباعد جغرافيًا
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة
- حل المشكلات
- مهارات إدارة الوقت والتنظيم وتحديد الأولويات
- فهم قوي لكيفية تأثير إدارة الجودة على رضا العملاء وأهداف التسليم
- فهم قوي للجودة في سياق احتياجات الأعمال
