 Key Responsibilities:

•  Conduct training sessions on Human Resource Management and related topics (Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Development, Labor Laws, etc.).
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments based on industry standards.
• Provide practical and theoretical knowledge to enhance the skill sets of learners.
• Mentor and guide students, ensuring a high standard of learning and development.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and incorporate them into training modules.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field BBA, MBA (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR professional or trainer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
• Certified HR professional (SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الكفاءة في استخدام برامج وأدوات الموارد البشرية.
