Construction Superintendent

Qualifications:

Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in all preconstruction services including sales, design, budgeting, and bidding.
2. Create and manage the project schedule by scheduling daily/weekly tasks for the subcontractors and site team.
3. Track and maintain all financial transactions of the project with the assistance of the accounting department (expenses and revenue).
4. Prepare invoices, contracts, change orders, and other documents regarding the project scope.
5. Manage the construction site team by empowering the Superintendent and Field Assistant.
6. Mentor and develop the skills of the construction team.

Preconstruction Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead all preconstruction services including sales, design, budgeting, and bidding.
2. Review the scope of construction work to determine the type of work, basic materials, project duration, and responsibility for construction.
3. Contribute meaningfully to value engineering and alternatives in proposals.
4. Reconcile estimates with consultants and design team members.
5. Prepare and present conceptual estimating.
6. Assist in all business development meetings.
7. Coordinate and evaluate feedback from departments within the company (Operations, Accounting, etc.), the project owner, and the project architect during the estimating and construction process
