Job Summary
- Action Labs is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer (2D) who is experienced in conceptualizing, developing, designing, and completing motion and animated assets for use in video content. This role will work within the Creative team to conceptualize motion graphics video projects and bring them to life across our clients’ digital channels.

- The ideal candidate excels in creative ideation within a fast-paced work environment. They possess a strong grasp of motion graphics principles and a keen eye for detail. With a collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence, they contribute effectively to team efforts and elevate project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of marketing strategists, graphic designers, video editors, and producers to develop and maintain a visually cohesive design and motion work across various digital channels. Aim to finalize collaborative projects within set timelines.
- Motion graphics work: Utilize Adobe After Effects to bring design concepts to life through animation and motion effects. Ensure consistency in quality across all projects, while meeting established deadlines, and performance metrics.
- Client engagement: Contribute to client pitch meetings by presenting design concepts and motion graphics ideas, engaging in discussions to understand client needs, and collaborating with clients to refine proposals. Additionally, foster strong relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Graphic design support: Occasionally assist with graphic design tasks and projects as needed, contributing to overall team goals and ensuring a seamless workflow. Set specific targets for completing these tasks within designated timeframes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic/Visual Design, Web Media, Marketing, Fine Arts, or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a motion graphics designer, preferably in a marketing agency, client-centric, or projectized organization.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe creative suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- The ability to communicate fluently in English and, preferably, Arabic, spoken and written.
- The ability to create motion graphics in diverse styles, aligned with the clients’ brand guidelines, and tailored to different media formats, ensuring each piece effectively communicates a specific message.

Key Responsibilities:
