Job Description: Storekeeper Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper Assistant to join our warehouse team. The Storekeeper Assistant will support the overall management of inventory and ensure that all stock is organized and maintained efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in receiving, counting, and inspecting incoming goods and materials to ensure they match purchase orders.
2. Support the preparation and dispatch of goods to customers and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while adhering to safety protocols.
3. Help maintain a clean and organized storage area, ensuring items are stored safely and labeled correctly.
4. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, movements, and discrepancies, reporting any issues to the Storekeeper.
5. Work closely with the Storekeeper and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Forklift license.
• Proficiency in English communication (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD95.000 - BD135.000 per month
Location: Salmabad (Required)

المسؤوليات:

3. المساعدة في الحفاظ على منطقة التخزين نظيفة ومنظمة، وضمان تخزين العناصر بشكل آمن وتسمية المواد بشكل صحيح.
4. الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمستويات المخزون، والحركات، والاختلافات، والإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات لأمين المخزن.
5. العمل بشكل وثيق مع أمين المخزن وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة وإنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد.
6. اتباع إجراءات السلامة والإرشادات لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة.

المؤهلات:

• رخصة رافعة شوكية.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة، كتابة، وتحدثًا).
• خبرة سابقة في دور مخزن أو إدارة المخزون هي ميزة إضافية.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن بيئة الفريق.
• مهارات أساسية في استخدام الكمبيوتر لإدارة السجلات والمخزون.
